meat anyone?

lady gaga is back and this time in meat! i have probably skipped over a few shocking outfits here and there but just so i can get to the jackpot also known as lady gaga's meat dress! Whats funny is that she almost looked conservative if it weren't for what her "gown" was made out of. She wore this to the MTV video music awards i 2010 to accept the "Video of the Year" award for "Bad Romance"

Notice though that lady gaga also had the headpiece, purse, and shoes to match here dress. Her dress was such a focus that no one even committed on her dip dye blue hair, which i thought looked pretty awesome. I remember watching this and being very confuse about what she was wearing this time, and im not usually shocked by Lady Gaga so thats saying something.

Does anyone else wonder where some of her clothes even come from of what the thought process is behind these outfits. one must wonder if there is something different going on in Gaga's mind or if she's just THAT cool. I must say though, that i  did watch an interview with her and she said that its all an act. and if so, its a darn good one that i do enjoy watching.

 I just have a few questions though: No paint throwing from PETA? i was defiantly surprised. Was the person sitting next her a vegetarian? awkward. Is this even sanitary? questionable. Either way, im sure lady gaga just does not care but im sure she feed off of the shock value she gets. after all, her clothes is what keeps people talking. I am always will be a gaga fan just so you know and no amount of meat will change that.

I think I have an idea for a new mascot for this blog.... lady gaga! who else do you know can make an outfit out for practically anything. i don't know why i didn't think of this sooner. this is on the fast track on becoming a blog about lady gaga because i do love her and her fearlessness when it comes to fashion. I can say that she is one of my fashion idols even though i must note that you probably wont catch me in half of the things that she sports.

It all started off with her bubble dress, at least thats when i noticed her unique fashion taste. the singer and fashion extraordinaire ran into some trouble though because her ensemble looked all too similar to the design of avant garde designer  Hussein Chalayan  that had been featured in his 2007 runway show and gaga didn't give him credit for his work... but thats in the past and lady gaga is still shocking people with her clothes and sometimes the lack of. 

no although I do like this and its not as "out of this world" as some of her choices, I cant help but be concerned the lack of comfort that comes from wearing a dress of plastic bubbles. but then again when your lady gaga, who cares about comfort? not lady gaga, thats for sure. I can say that she defiantly is the definition of it "hurts to look good." As seen in all her fashions that followed.

Gaga is defiantly the poster child of fashion made out of mediums. Thats why i indulge her differnces. She inspires people to think and dress a little different. Maybe its not such a bad thing that she has so many people liking her. she promotes change. After all, it can get a little boring seeing that same thing over and over and she's inspired some different approaches to fashion, just look at nicki minaj
